We request a mid year and end of year report to assess the progress you have made towards your goals as a result of grant funding. Mid year: Due on February 1st, End of year: Due on July 1st.

In your report please address the following: Review the goals outlined in your project; Describe any unanticipated challenges that you may have encountered. Did the challenges require that you amend your goals? Describe the progress that you have had and how it has impacted the organization. Describe the impact that your work has had on the community.
